Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark (TM) systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 9 and ending at 3 a.m., Saturday, April 9 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
• TTAB Reading Room
Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on ESTTA beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 9 and ending at 2 a.m., Saturday, April 9 ET.
During the maintenance period, ESTTA will be unavailable.
Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, April 10 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, April 10 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
