Patent Application Location and Monitoring (PALM) Patent Cooperation Treaty Operations (PCT-OPS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting PCT-OPS beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, March 11 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, March 11 ET.
During this maintenance period, new PCT applications submitted via EFS-Web and Patent Center will experience a delay in application processing.
This delay will prevent the filing of follow-on submissions for yet to be processed PCT applications. Once PCT-OPS services are fully restored, application processing will resume.
Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the EFS-Web beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, March 12 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, March 12 ET.
During the maintenance period, please use Patent Center as an alternative to electronically file patent applications.
Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Private-PAIR beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, March 13 and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, March 13 ET.
During the maintenance period, please use Patent Center as an alternative to retrieve patent applications.
