Patent and Trademark Assignment System (PTAS) Update
The USPTO will perform an update to the PTAS for a server upgrade beginning at 12 p.m., Friday, January 7 and ending at 5 a.m., Monday, January 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, The Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) and Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) will be unavailable.
Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on ESTTA beginning at 4 p.m., Friday, January 7 ET and ending at 5 p.m., Friday, January 7 ET.
During the maintenance period, ESTTA will be unavailable.
