Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, August 23.  

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:

• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark e0G (TM-eOG)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)

During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:

• Trademark Center (TM-eFile)
• Trademark Trial and Appeals - Reading Room (TTAB-RR)

Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the BDSS from 10 a.m. ET until 3 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 21. 

During the maintenance period, the entire BDSS system will be unavailable.
