Content Management Systems Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on Content Management Systems from midnight-5 a.m. ET on Friday, July 26.

The following system will be partially impacted during the maintenance:

    • Patent Center: Previously submitted documents will not be available at the Patent Center’s Documents and Transactions tab during the maintenance period. The ability to file applications will not be impacted; however, new documents submitted via Patent Center during the maintenance period will experience longer than expected delays in becoming available in the Patent Center’s Documents and Transactions tab. Customers should check back on regular business hours of Friday, July 26 to see if the impacted submissions are available at Patent Center.
