Certified Copy Center (CCC) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the CCC system to enhance TLS settings and remediate security findings from 9-10 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 4.

Some users may experience a momentary slowness in the application during this maintenance period.

Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the PSIPS systems from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, April 5. 

Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS) Maintenance 

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on P-TACTS systems beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Friday April 5 and ending at 12 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 6.

P-TACTS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Users should save all work and log off their workstation before the maintenance period begins.

Parties must either pay fees for petitions outside of this scheduled maintenance time or pay early. Those with deadlines for petition filing or other associated documents to a pending AIA case, must use an alternate filing method.

Trademark Electronic Official Gazette (TM-Eog) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine patching on Linux OS for multiple servers for multiple servers related to TM-eOG from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, April 9.

Global Dossier (GD) Deployment

The USPTO will perform a routine Deployment on GD to support OKTA integration from 4-6 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 4.

Trademark System Maintenance 

The USPTO will perform maintenance on Trademark systems from midnight a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10 ET.

The following systems will not be available:

    • Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.  

    • Trademarks ID Manual (IDM) will not be available.

    • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) will not be available. 

    • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) will not be available.

    • Trademark Center (TM-eFile) will not be available

    • TTAB Reading Room will not be available.

    • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will not be available.

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several

midnight-9 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 13. 

During the maintenance period, the following systems and systems

The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment
processing for users of the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals
(ESTTA), the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry
Management System (OEMS), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End
(PTAB-E2E).
