Reference Document Management Services (RDMS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on RDMS from midnight-1:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, March 31. 

During the maintenance period, RDMS Webtop and oXygen will be unavailable.

The following manuals will be briefly unavailable from midnight-12:15 a.m. ET on Sunday, March 31.

  • Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (eMPEP)
  • Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP)
  • Trademark Federal Statutes and Rules (TFSR)
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure (TBMP)

Multiple Systems Maintenance

The OCIO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems from midnight-2 a.m. ET on Friday, March 29.

During the maintenance period, user access to the following applications may be interrupted: 

    • API Key Manager

    • Certified Copy Center (CCC)

    • Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC)

    • Fee Processing (Fees)

    • MyUSPTO 

    • Office of Enrollment and Discipline - Customer Interface (OEDCI)

    • Patent Center 

    • Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (PTACTS)

    • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) 

    • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS-Media) 

    • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) 

    • Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)

    • Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)

    • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Center (TTAB-Center)

Multiple System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance affecting multiple systems from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, April 4.

During this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in Patent Center.

Please check Patent Center after the maintenance period for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data.

Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the PSIPS systems from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 3.
