Patent Application Text Initiative-Continuous Data Conversion Part 2 (PATI-CDC) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on PATI-CDC system with migration all RHEL OS servers to Rocky OS Servers from 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, March 25 until 5:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, March 26.
Patent Center Database Migration
The USPTO will perform an administrative migration of Patent Center Database from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 27.
Patent Center will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Please refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing methods.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark system from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, March 29.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark e0G (TM-eOG)
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:
- TM-eFile
- Trademark Trial and Appeals - Reading Room (TTAB-RR)
