Patent Center and (Private Patent Application Information Retrieval) Private-PAIR users of e-Office Action were not notified of formality notices in the July 31, 2023 notification.  Affected applicants will receive an updated e-Office Action notification listing the missing correspondence once USPTO Technical Teams resolve the issue.
