EFS-Web is currently experiencing intermittent service interruptions including:
• Web Based Issue Fee Payment (Web 85B) may be unavailable
• Follow-on Issue fees may be unavailable
The USPTO is working to resolve the issue. Patent Center will be available as an alternative for these impacted features.
