TEAS and TEASi Technical Problems Resolved
The TEAS and TEASi issues originally reported earlier this morning have been resolved. Please contact the Trademark Electronic Application System mailbox at TEAS@uspto.gov if you continue to experience technical difficulties with the following:
• You are receiving an “abandoned” or “expired” error message when trying to file a response with time remaining.
• You are not receiving automated email from the USPTO, including E-signature requests, status notifications, and filing receipts.
Please include (1) your name, (2) telephone number, (3) serial number and/or registration number, and (4) a screen shot of any error message that you are receiving.
