TEAS and TEASi Outage 


The USPTO is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the E-signature process for TEAS and TEASi and the recipient of the signature email may not receive it. Additionally, the Response to Office action and Request for Reconsideration forms may incorrectly display a message indicating the filing deadlines has passed. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible.  At this time, we don’t know when services will be fully restored but additional information will be posted as soon as it’s available.  

If your deadline is today and you are unable to file your document using TEAS or TEASi, we recommend you fax your documents to the Petitions Office at 571-273-8950.  Use the fax cover sheet and follow the faxing your documents guidance on the alternative method of filing webpage to meet your deadline. Contact the TEAS team with any questions at our email TEAS@uspto.gov.
 

Resolved: Patent Center, EFS-Web, and Private PAIR Are Experiencing Intermittent Problems

The previously reported issue which impacted Patent Center, EFS-Web, and Private PAIR has been resolved.
