MyUSPTO Payment Methods Errors
MyUSPTO users who are currently adding new profiles to their payment methods will receive errors. Please validate that there is a profile associated with the email and that all required fields have been filled out in MyUSPTO account profiles. Friday, March 3 an system update will be implemented and MyUSPTO users who are adding new profiles to their payment methods will no longer be required to complete all required fields in their account profiles.
e-Office Action Notification Resumed
From
Friday, February 3 until Wednesday, February 22, e-Office Action
was temporarily suspended due to technical issues. The problem is resolved and
e-Office Action notifications resumed on Wednesday, February 22. The eOffice
Action backlog will be sent over the next few days starting with the most
recent notifications of February 22 until the oldest e-Office Action
notifications of February 3 are sent.
The
“Generic e-Office Action” notification will no longer be delivered.
