Updated: Patent Center and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private-PAIR) Issues

The previously reported issue for Patent Center’s Documents and Transactions tab has been resolved.

For Private PAIR, the previously reported Image File Wrapper tab issue has been resolved for Chrome and Edge browsers. Private PAIR customers using Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari browsers can use either Patent Center or Chrome/Edge browsers as alternatives while the USPTO continues to resolve the issue.
