Patent Center Filing Delays

Currently, new utility applications filed via Patent Center from Friday, October 7 through Monday, October 10 are experiencing longer than expected delays in becoming available. The USPTO is aware of this issue and is working diligently to resolve it.

Users should check back on Friday, October 21 to see if the application is viewable in Private-PAIR or Patent Center.
