Two-Factor Authentication Error

Problem:  The MyUSPTO two-factor email One-Time PIN (OTP) codes are reporting incorrect or expired.

Solutions: You may try either one of the solutions below, starting with #1 which will be faster:

  1. Switch to authenticator App instead of Email, (conducted via the MyUSPTO Account page).
  2. Switch to receiving OTP by Phone Text instead of by Email (conducted via the MyUSPTO Account page).
  3. Switch to receiving OTP by Voice instead of Email (conducted via the MyUSPTO Account page).
