Authentication Error
Problem:
The MyUSPTO two-factor email One-Time PIN (OTP) codes are reporting
incorrect or expired.
Solutions: You
may try either one of the solutions below, starting with #1 which will be
faster:
- Switch
to authenticator App instead of Email, (conducted via the MyUSPTO Account
page). - Switch
to receiving OTP by Phone Text instead of by Email (conducted via the
MyUSPTO Account page). - Switch
to receiving OTP by Voice instead of Email (conducted via the MyUSPTO
Account page).
