USPTO System Availability

The following systems are currently unavailable due to
technical difficulties:


  • MyUSPTO
  • Fee Processing Systems
  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
  • Certified Copy Center (CCC)
  • Office of Enrollment and Discipline Information and Diversity (OEDIS)







Technology teams are investigating the issue to find an appropriate solution.


USPTO 429 errors

Users that are experiencing 429 Errors accessing USPTO systems will need to clear their cache and then retry.

If unsuccessful, please proceed to the "Reset Password" procedure to register a new password with My.USPTO.gov to get access to any USPTO system.
