Patent Center and EFS-Web Intermittent Filing Issues
Users are intermittently receiving a 429 Error code when attempting to file in Patent Center and EFS-Web.
The workarounds for this error are clearing the browser cache or switching web browsers.
Other USPTO systems may also be affected. The USPTO technical teams are investigating.
