Patent Center, EFS-Web, and Private-PAIR Issues



The previously reported issue involving the Two-Step
Authentication which prevented registered users from signing in has been
resolved. If you have questions, please contact the Patent Electronic Business
Center (EBC) at (866) - 217-9197 during their operating hours of 6 a.m., to
midnight, Monday - Friday ET, or email ebc@uspto.gov.

Documents submitted via Patent Center and Electronic Filing
System-Web (EFS-Web) on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 are experiencing longer than
expected delays in becoming available at Patent Center and Private PAIR’s IFW
tab. USPTO is aware of these issues and is working diligently to resolve
it.
