Intermittent TEAS and TEASi Outage

The USPTO is currently experiencing intermittent technical difficulties with TEAS and TEASi and you may be unable to submit forms. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible.  At this time, we don’t know when services will be fully restored but additional information will be posted as soon as it’s available. 
 
If your deadline is today and you are unable to file your document using TEAS or TEASi, we recommend you fax your documents to the Petitions Office at 571-273-8950.  Use the fax cover sheet and follow the faxing your documents guidance on the alternative method of filing webpage to meet your deadline. Contact the TEAS team with any questions at our email TEAS@uspto.gov
