• Please use the Web ADS or No ADS options available in Patent Center.
• EFS Web is an alternative for filing applications with a PTO/AIA/14 fillable form
• If you have experienced this issue, please do not resubmit an Application Data Sheet
Resolved: Patent Center and Private PAIR Delays
The previously reported issue regarding new applications delays in Private PAIR and Patent Center has been resolved.
