Patent Center and Private PAIR Delays
Currently, new applications filed via EFS-Web and Patent Center from 5 p.m., Wednesday, January 5 ET are experiencing longer than expected delays in becoming available in Private PAIR and Patent Center.
The USPTO is aware of this issue and is working diligently to resolve it.
