UPDATED: Delayed EFS-Web Acknowledgement Receipts and Fee Transmittals

UPDATED: Delayed EFS-Web Acknowledgement Receipts and Fee Transmittals

On October 22 (2 p.m. -6 p.m. ET) and November 4 (12:01 a.m.-7:30 a.m. ET), EFS-Web experienced a technical issue and was unable to properly generate an Acknowledgement Receipt and Fee Transmittal for some submissions. If you calculated and paid fees, your payment was successfully recorded in our payment system; however, the fees selected were not recorded on the EFS-Web generated Fee Transmittal. You can verify successful fee payments in Financial Manager or via your credit card provider.
USPTO is working to provide Acknowledgement Receipts and Fee Transmittals. If your submission was affected, please check Private PAIR or Patent Center for confirmation of these documents after November 8 for October 22 submissions and after November 12 for November 4 submissions.

EFS-Web IFW Availability Delays

Documents submitted via EFS-Web are experiencing longer than expected delays in becoming available in Private PAIR's IFW tab. USPTO is aware of this issue and is working diligently to resolve it.
