EFS-Web: Unable to Add Documents to Saved Submission

After retrieving a Saved Submission package, EFS-Web filers are unable to add additional documents. Until this issue is resolve, please start a new submission or file a follow-on submission if you need to submit additional documents. USPTO is aware of this issue and will resolve it in an upcoming software release.
