The USPTO will perform routine maintenance affecting multiple systems from midnight- 5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, November 7.

During the maintenance period, user access to the following applications will be unavailable:

  • Certified Copy Center (CCC)
  • Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC)
  • Global Dossier (GD)
  • My United States Patent and Trademark Office (MyUSPTO)
  • Open Data Portal (ODP)
  • Patent Center (PC)
  • Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (PTACTS)
  • Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront (P-MFS)

Patent Customers: During the maintenance period, impacted applicants may refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing methods.
