Fee Payment Processing Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on its financial systems from 12-8 a.m. ET on Saturday, June 6, during which deposit account payments will be unavailable. Credit/debit card and electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments will remain available.

During the maintenance period, users will be unable to process deposit account fee payments for the following storefronts:

• Assignment Center (IPAS)
• Certified Copy Center (CCC)
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
• Office of Enrollment and Discipline Customer Interface (OEDCI)
• Patent Center (PC)
• Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront (P-MFS)
• Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS)
• Trademark Center (TC)
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASI)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Center (TTABC)

The following online financial services will be unavailable:

• Transaction statements and other Financial Manager reports
• Patent maintenance fee bulk payment submissions
• Requests to create a new USPTO deposit account
