  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Center (TTAB-Center)
  • Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)

​​​​​​​Patent Customers: During the maintenance period, impacted applicants may refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing methods.

PTAB/P-TACTS Customers: If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS), you may use an alternate filing method. Please visit the P-TACTS FAQ page:  https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/p-tacts_faqs_20221007.pdf and see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition filing and/or document filing using P-TACTS alternative filing methods.
