Multiple Systems Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on multiple systems from 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, July 21 and ending at 5:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, July 22.

The following systems will not be available during the maintenance period:

1. The OC Issue Classification form will be impacted by this update as this form requires Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) validation services. You may continue with other OC functionalities.
2. In the Docket Application Viewer (DAV), CPC information will not be displayed during this update. Other DAV functionalities will not be affected.
3. In the Patent Data Portal (PDP), CPC information will not be displayed during this update. Other PDP functionalities will not be affected.
4. In the Patents End-to-End (PE2E)-Search, the Similarity Search gadget will be unavailable during this maintenance. To avoid any potential impact, users should close the Similarity Search gadget, and avoid using Similarity Search until after the maintenance period. All other PE2E-Search functions will be unaffected.
