Patent Center Affected by a PTONET Issue

Patent Center is experiencing service interruptions due to a PTONET issue. Documents submitted via Patent Center on Thursday, July 10 are experiencing longer than expected delays in becoming available in the Patent Center’s Documents & Transactions tab. New applications submitted are also experiencing longer than expected delays in becoming available for retrieval. 

The USPTO are aware of these issues and is working diligently to resolve it. Customers should check back at later time to see if the impacted applications/submissions are available in Patent Center.
