Reference Document Management Services (RDMS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on RDMS beginning at 9:01 p.m. ET on Friday May 9 and ending at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 10.

This maintenance will have no impact to the following manuals, and they will be available before and after the scheduled patching maintenance is completed.

• Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (eMPEP)
• Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP)
• Trademark Federal Statutes and Rules (TFSR)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure (TBMP)

During the maintenance period, MPEP will be available via PDF and HTML files posted at Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (uspto.gov). 

To the editors: RDMS Webtop and oXygen will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
