The USPTO will perform a routine upgrade of the JunOS code on the USPTO Juniper beginning at 10 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 5 and ending at midnight ET on Thursday, March 6. 

During the update period, the CAS ISP VPN site will be unavailable for 15 minutes.
