Some Patent Center users are seeing a “file is corrupt” message after downloading newly filed documents or downloading the e-Office Action “eGrant day-of Notification” document.
Please wait at least 1 hour before contacting the EBC regarding your newly filed documents, and at least 4 hours for users who are unable to download the eGrant day-of Notification document.
The USPTO Technical Teams are working to resolve the issue.
