The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on CMS from midnight- 5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, November 13.
During the maintenance period, the following will be impacted:
- CMS will be unavailable.
- Previously submitted documents under the Documents and Transactions tab in Patent Center will be unavailable.
- New documents submitted in Patent Center will not be immediately available in the Documents and Transactions tab.
Please check Patent Center on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 13 to make sure the impacted submissions are available.
