New Customer Interaction Platform for Contact Centers Launch

The USPTO will launch the new Customer Interaction Platform for Contact Centers (CIP-Contact-Center) beginning at midnight ET on Saturday, October 26 and ending at midnight ET on Sunday, October 27.

The system will be available to the users on Monday, October 28.

Users should log out of the UCCMS legacy application, Interaction Desktop IC and Business Manager applications by end of business Friday, October 25.

Users must know their Interaction Desktop password, if you do not know your password, please contact
the Service Desk servicedesk@uspto.gov and copy the ECC Support Team Assist_ECC@USPTO.GOV to reset it by 5 p.m. Thursday, October 24.
