The USPTO will perform routine maintenance impacting RDMS several manuals from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, October 25.
The following manuals will be briefly unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (eMPEP)
- Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP)
- Trademark Federal Statutes and Rules (TFSR)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure (TBMP)
During the maintenance period, MPEP will be available via PDF and on Manual of Patent Examining Procedure.
