Learn about Combination Sets in the Cooperative Patent Classification system
Do you want to broaden your knowledge of Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) system Combination Sets (C-Sets)?
If so, join our Classification Cafe Foundational Knowledge session tomorrow, Wednesday, June 25, from 1-2 p.m. ET. Experts from our Classification Quality and International Coordination (CQIC) division will provide an overview of CPC C-Sets and examples of CPC areas that use combination sets.
CPC C-Sets are a special classification technique for patents utilized in the CPC scheme. It provides an enhanced mechanism for searching a combination of features that form a single inventive concept.
Visit the event page to learn more. This session is presented by our Stakeholder Offerings and Resources (SOaR) program. For more information on SOaR or CQIC, please contact SOaR@uspto.gov.
