USPTO issuing corrected patent application publications

The United States Patent and Trademark Office is issuing corrected pre-grant publications for patent applications published on April 25, 2024, with errors in the filing date and/or benefit date(s).

The errors occurred during initial data assembly and export in the publication process. We've made the appropriate system corrections to address these errors in the filing date and/or benefit date.

No action is required from the affected patent applicants.
