May 22: Dialogue on IP and space commercialization

Join us in person or remotely on Wednesday, May 22, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, for Dialogue on intellectual property (IP) and space commercialization.

During the free, all-day program you will hear from industry experts, policy advisors, and IP professionals who will discuss the rapidly evolving landscape of space commercialization and its related IP considerations.

The agenda includes:

• An overview of current developments in space commercialization
• An examination of IP and space law, including both national and international frameworks
• Insights into collaborative research and development and licensing strategies
• Opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups

The program will be held at USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, and will also be livestreamed. There is no charge to attend, but advanced registration is required. Registration to attend in person will close May 15.
