PTAB Inventor Hour - Episode 31

Are you an inventor, entrepreneur, new practitioner, or someone who wants to learn more about the USPTO and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)? Join us Thursday, August 22, at noon ET for the next PTAB Inventor Hour webinar, Episode 31.

This episode will feature a special guest, Lead Judge Stacey White, who will talk about an exciting new PTAB educational resource that allows members of the public to discuss PTAB-specific questions one-on-one with former PTAB judges who are members of the Association of American Patent Judges.

Episode 31 will also highlight a particular PTAB appeal case file, where one pro se inventor ultimately prevailed in an ex parte appeal by showing commercial success. We'll also showcase a few food-related patents for a light look at intellectual property.
