Ex Parte Appeal Roadshows coming to you
Have you ever received a final rejection of your patent application and wanted to seek review of the examiner’s adverse decision in an ex parte appeal before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)?
Not sure about the ex parte appeal process?
Need to know how to make a persuasive argument in the ex parte appeal?
If so, then join us for the Ex Parte Appeal Roadshow series resuming December 2024 through May 2025 nationwide. Our PTAB judges will share:
- Strategic considerations behind whether to file an ex parte appeal
- Tips for making more persuasive written arguments
- Ways to make an effective oral argument
- Options available to an appellant after the Board’s decision
The first roadshow will be in person Thursday, December 5, 1-5 p.m. CT at Rice University's Fondren Library in Houston.
We will also make stops in Seattle, Boston, and Raleigh, North Carolina. Check out the complete schedule, learn more, and register for other roadshows on our roadshow series page.
The roadshow is free, and CLE credit is pending for states where it's being held.
