Learn about the design patent bar and more

Join us to learn about new developments in the world of design patents virtually and in person on June 12, from 1-2:30 p.m. MT, at the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Rocky Mountain Regional Office in Denver. 

This event will feature: 

• Will Covey, Deputy General Counsel with the USPTO's Office of Enrollment and Discipline, presenting on the new design patent bar, including requirements to join, the application process, and the registration exam
• Courtney Stopp, patent attorney with the USPTO's Office of Policy and International Affairs, providing an overview of the Hague Agreement, including foreign application trends and developments following China's accession

In-person attendees are invited to join an informal networking session with USPTO design supervisory patent examiners from across the country.
