Learn about new final rules on Director Review and Motion to Amend procedures in AIA proceedings

Our session will cover the final rules governing Director Review of PTAB decisions in AIA trial proceedings, effective October 31, 2024, and the final rules governing the motion to amend procedures applicable to AIA trial proceedings, effective October 18, 2024. The Board will discuss what's new in these rules and share helpful tips on seeking Director Review and engaging in motion to amend practice before the Board.
