You're invited: Join the IP community pendency survey

The USPTO invites feedback from the intellectual property (IP) community to better understand how IP community members currently utilize pendency data and the USPTO’s Patent Term Adjustment (PTA) compliance rate.

The survey, administered by the Office of International Patent Business Solutions (IPBS), covers several reports, including the IP5 Statistics report, which contains pendency metrics from multiple IP offices and relates to differing IP laws and procedures in jurisdictions around the world.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes, and the published results will not identify specific respondents.
