Register this week: PTAB LEAP mock argument practicum

Apply today to join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) on Friday, May 12, from 1-4 p.m. ET, for an ex parte appeal mock argument practicum. This virtual session offers an opportunity for practitioners to hone their oral argument skills by presenting an ex parte appeal argument to a panel of sitting administrative patent judges. Participants will receive feedback from the panel and will have an opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session.

You must have an approved application to participate in the practicum. Preference will be given to LEAP-eligible attorneys, agents, and to those who have not participated in prior LEAP mock argument practicums. We will accept a maximum of 20 participants. Please apply by Friday, March 31.
