USPTO adds new comprehensive webpage for FDA collaboration initiatives

During the Patent Public Advisory Committee (PPAC) meeting on Tuesday, September 27, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) unveiled a new webpage for collaboration efforts with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The USPTO-FDA Collaboration Initiatives webpage contains the latest USPTO news, blog articles, reports, and USPTO engagements with the FDA and the public.

The USPTO will soon provide opportunities for the public to provide input on these and other initiatives the agencies should consider. In the meantime, please submit general inquiries to USPTO-FDAcollaboration@uspto.gov.
