PTAB LEAP mock argument practicum

Register to join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) on Friday, May 13, from 1 to 4 p.m. ET, for an America Invents Act (AIA) mock argument practicum. This session offers an opportunity for practitioners to hone their oral argument skills by presenting an AIA trial argument to a panel of sitting administrative patent judges (APJs). Participants will receive feedback from the panel and will have an opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session.

Preference will be given to LEAP-eligible attorneys, agents, and to those who have not participated in prior LEAP mock argument practicums. Registration is required to participate in the session. Please register by Friday, April 8.
