Decrease in Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) fee schedule was updated with the following change, effective December 1:

PCT fees to foreign offices

• 1709: International search, Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) as International Searching Authority (ISA) – fee decrease from $955 to $881
