Decrease in Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees

The fee schedule was updated with the following changes, effective October 1:

PCT fees to foreign offices

• 1704: International search, European Patent Office (EPO) as International Searching Authority (ISA) – fee decrease from $1,946 to $1,816
• 1712: International search, IP Australia (IPAU) as ISA – fee decrease from $1,604 to $1,502
