USPTO accepting additional comment on secondary infringement liability in e-commerce

On November 13, 2020, the USPTO published a Federal Register notice (85 FR 72635) requesting public input regarding the application of secondary infringement standards to e-commerce platforms. The time for submitting that input closed on December 28, 2020. The USPTO has reopened the comment period and will accept additional comment until January 25, 2020.
